Each of the letters in the acronym FICE in our name stands for a core belief that guides everything that we do. We provide Formative, Innovative, Collaborative and Entrepreneurial Education that expands the horizons of our learners. FICE is focused on bridging the academia-industry divide, enhancing student employability, promoting innovation, and creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem for youth. FICE believes that lasting changes to society can only come from ubiquitous, high-quality, market-relevant educational interventions to youth and the underprivileged. FICE works with its associate companies to create meaningful interventions for students and working adults. It strives to create a coherent innovation and entrepreneurship oriented ecosystem that exploits existing opportunities and creates new avenues for economic and social growth. FICE was founded in 2008 and currently operates in India and the United States of America.

Mission

FICE will leverage its corporate, academic, and federal networks to provide career-oriented experiential learning opportunities to youth in India with a specific focus on enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship quotient of young adults from information technology, business management, and science backgrounds.

Vision for 2030

FICE will reach out to at least 2500 institutions and 2.0 million students across India by the year 2030 and will help create a sustainable,  innovation-oriented, entrepreneurial ecosystem that will contribute significantly to India’s growth.
